HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

You will be notified about data breaches when Exploration Alison LLC believes you are likely to be at risk or serious harm. In the event that Exploration Alison LLC becomes aware of a security breach which has resulted or may result in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of personal information Exploration Alison LLC will promptly investigate the matter and notify the applicable Supervisory Authority not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.


CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
 

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS PRIVACY RIGHTS

We require only the information that is reasonably necessary to enter into a contract with you.  We will not require you to provide consent for any unnecessary processing as a condition of entering into a contract with us.

We will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

This privacy policy is effective as of 12/19/2019 and will be updated and modified as needed.   We will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy.  If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will provide you with additional notice.  You are responsible for visiting this page periodically to check for future updates to this policy.  Any modifications to this privacy policy will be effective upon our publishing of the new terms.  Your continued use of our website after Privacy Policy changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of our modified privacy policy.
